LEAVERS HOODIES 2013
The cost of this year’s Sixth Form Leavers Hoodie is £19.00 including VAT, and they are available in a choice of 27 colours. You have the option of having a personalised nickname on the back of the hoodie as well as the number ‘13’ with the names of all of year 13 inside it, for no extra cost. The hoodies are Unisex, and available in small, medium, large or extra large. Sample of these sizes are available in the Sixth Form office.
Please return this form to the finance office by Wednesday 15th May 2013. Any late order forms will not be guarenteed a Hoodie.

Envision Charity Concert
A group of Chew Valley Sixth Form students currently being mentored by ‘Envision’ are organising a charity concert on Thursday 9th May 2013. Money raised from the Concert is gping towards 'Off the Record', an organiation which supports people aged 11-25 with their emotional well being.
Doors open at 7:00pm. Tickets £4.
The Envision Programme is an extra-curricular activity that Sixth Form students across Bristol and other cities such as Leeds, London, and Birmingham are involved in. The Scheme enables students to look at the world around them and develop projects to benefit their school and community, whilst being mentored, encouraged and advised.
