Outstanding A Level Results at Chew Valley

Chew Valley students are celebrating their record A Level results today.  The school's hardworking and talented Sixth Formers achieved 18  of the coveted new A* grades and overall nearly 20% of results were A or A* with nearly 50% being awarded in the A*-B grades.

Assistant Headteacher Andy Arbuckle commented, "We've been very relieved to see such good results in what would otherwise be a very difficult year for university entrance.  The students in this year group have really risen to the challenge of competition and we are all delighted with every one of these great stories.  We wish them every success for university and the future."
