Maths Olympiad Success

Congratulations to Oli Vipond in 11V, who achieved a MERIT in his recent UK Maths Olympiad Challenge. Only 1600 children nationwide were invited to take part in this Challenge. The toughness of this paper is illustrated by the fact that he achieved a merit with one full solution to a question and one partial solution. The questions or problems are immensely difficult requiring original thought in order to achieve complex and lengthy solutons. Well done Oli!
